Have your say on the new PDR
|
As you may be aware, is being developed to replace the current Performance Development Review (PDR) system. The new process will be launched in On Campus on Tuesday 27 February, including a new website and information sessions.
In the many staff commented on the need to improve our performance process, highlighting that PDRs weren't being completed and there was a lack of useful feedback. This new PDR process will help drive a culture of feedback, accountability and professional growth.
However, we still need a name for the new process / system - and we want your ideas. We need something short and easy to remember – such as a single word or another three-letter acronym.
Please email your name ideas to HRD.development@anu.edu.au by Monday 26 February.
