If you find that you are unable to complete your program requirements within the duration of your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), you will need to request an extension to your CoE. You can request an extension of your CoE by completing the Request for change to Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) form and submitting it to your academic college.

You are also able to request an extension to your CoE during the application process for Late Withdrawal, Program Leave or a Reduced Study Load using the .

If you are an existing student and you are transitioning from a non-Student Visa to a Student Visa, you also apply for a CoE using the Request for change to Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) form and submitting it to your academic college.

If your application is successful, your extension CoE will be emailed to your student email account.

If you need to extend your Visa as you were unable to complete your studies within your original Visa duration due to the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø being unable to deliver your program as intended as the result of COVID-19, including travel bans, you may be eligible for a Student Visa fee waiver.
