Yoga Stretch in the Garden

Join us in the area overlooking the to loosen up and relax in nature. We will meet on our mats at 10am and commence with gentle yogic stretching incorporating aromatherapy with herbs from the garden and finish with a herbal tea. During this practice, you will move through asanas at a deliberate, unhurried pace, holding your breath at the center of your focus.

- Duration: 1 hour in total with pranayama (breath practice), yoga stretching, aromatherapy and tea. Please arrive promptly as not to disturb others.

- Materials Provided: Yoga mats, herbs for aromatherapy and tea.

*Please bring your own water bottle, a hat and wear comfortable clothing. *You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you like.
